Pecan Date Cheese Ball
So easy, yet so delicious.
You can serve this creamy cheese ball with vanilla wafers, buttery crackers or gingersnap cookies.
- 1 (8 oz) package
cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons
- 3/4 cup
- 1 1/4 cups
pecans, toasted and chopped
- Cream together softened cream cheese and syrup until creamy. Add dates and 1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans. Form into a ball and roll in remaining pecans.
- Refrigerate 1 hour
Serve dip with gingersnap cookies, buttery crackers or vanilla wafers
