The list of ingredients for this casserole is a simple one but they merge together beautifully. Queso quesadilla cheese, chorizo sausage and canned chopped green chilies is just a start. A mixture of beaten eggs, milk and spices are combined together and poured over all. This is then baked and served. Delicious!
