Crispy Chicken

Crispy Chicken
Always a Family Favorite~

The coating on this chicken couldn't get any easier...
Catalina salad dressing, chili powder and crushed cornflakes.
Fast, Easy and Delicious~

Crispy Chicken

  • 1 bottle (16 oz) Catalina Salad Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 4 to 6 cups crushed cornflakes
  • 2 to 3 pounds cut-up chicken, rinsed and patted dry with paper towels
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
Cooking Directions
  1. In large glass bowl combine; salad dressing and chili powder.
  2. In 11 x 7 glass baking dish place crushed cornflakes.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in salad dressing mixture, then dredge in crushed cornflakes.
  4. Place coated chicken pieces in 13 x 9 baking dish.
  5. Drizzle with melted butter.
  6. Bake at 375 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
