Chocolate Chip Cookie and Brownie Bars

- 1 16.75 oz package Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 18.75 oz package Ghirardelli Chocolate Supreme Brownie Mix with Chocolate Syrup Pouch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
Heat oven to 325º Lightly grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
In a medium bowl, stir together cookie mix, egg and butter until dough forms, hand kneading if necessary. Set aside.
In a second bowl, stir together brownie mix, water, oil, egg and chocolate syrup pouch until fully blended.
Spread brownie batter into prepared pan. Spoon cookie dough on top of brownie batter.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until cookie is golden brown.
