Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the ground beef and pork. Season with salt and pepper, continue to brown until no longer pink inside.
Add in the green pepper, onion, celery and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. Drain the fat from the skillet.
Add the beef mixture to the slow cooker. Stir in the rest of ingredients.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 2 to 4 hours. Serve with diced red onion, corn chips, sliced jalapenos, shredded cheese, sour cream, and/or fresh cilantro.
