Ingredients
  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut diagonally into coins
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • salt and pepper, to taste to taste
Directions
  1. Cook the carrots for 8 minutes or until fork tender, drain well.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat the carrots.
  3. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
  4. Pour into a hot serving dish.
