  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz) jar pasta sauce
  • 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups finely shredded six cheese Italian blend cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  1. Cook beef, onion and green pepper in a large skillet over medium-high heat until meat is brown, stirring to separate meat. Drain fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce; mix well.
  2. Combine spaghetti noodles, Parmesan cheese, eggs and butter in a large bowl; mix well. Place in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Spread ricotta cheese over top. Sprinkle shredded Italian cheese blend over ricotta cheese. Pour sauce mixture over cheese. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake in preheated 350ยบ oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
