Bisquick Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits

Servings: 8 biscuits
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup half and half or milk
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-4 tablespoons half and half or milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees 

    In a medium bowl stir together bisquick, sugar, half and half or milk, raisins and ground cinnamon. Blend just until moistened. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. 

    Bake for 12-15 minutes and light golden brown.

  2. Meanwhile, stir together powdered sugar, half and half or milk and almond extract until smooth.

  3. Remove biscuits from oven a transfer to a wire rack. Drizzle with almond glaze. Serve warm.
