- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- ½ cup Mascarpone cheese
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- juice and zest from 1 lemon or lime
- Fruits of Choice
Put raspberries, mascarpone, yogurt and powdered sugar in a food processor and pulse until combined.
Serve with fruits of your choice.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
