Ingredients
118 1/4 oz box yellow cake mix
1cupflour
11/4 oz packageactive dry yeast
2/3cupwarm water, 120 to 130 degrees
2eggs, lightly beaten
121 oz canblueberry pie filling
1/3cupcold butter
Vanilla Glaze
1cupconfectioners' sugar
1tablespoonwhite corn syrup
1 to 2tablespoonsmilk
Instructions
In a large bowl combine 1-1/2 cups cake mix, flour, yeast and water until smooth. Stir in eggs until well blended. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Gently spoon pie filling over top.
In a small bowl, place remaining cake mix, cut in butter until crumbly, sprinkle over filling.
Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool on wire rack. Meanwhile make vanilla glaze.
Combine confectioners sugar, corn syrup and milk. Stir until you reach desired consistency.
