Waldorf Slaw Salad

A delicious twist on the traditional Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 small cabbage, shredded
  • 4 stalks celery, sliced
  • 2 peeled and diced green apples
  • 1/2 cup halved grapes
  • 6 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Combine the grapes, apples, celery and the cabbage in a large bowl. Then, mix the mayo with vinegar and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Stir into the vegetables until well-coated. Sprinkle on the walnuts and serve. This should last in the fridge for almost three days.
