A delicious twist on the traditional Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
1smallcabbage, shredded
4stalkscelery, sliced
2peeled and diced green apples
1/2cuphalved grapes
6tablespoonslight mayonnaise
1tablespoonwhite wine vinegar
1/2cupwalnuts, roughly chopped
Instructions
Combine the grapes, apples, celery and the cabbage in a large bowl. Then, mix the mayo with vinegar and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Stir into the vegetables until well-coated. Sprinkle on the walnuts and serve. This should last in the fridge for almost three days.
