Celery and Fennel Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large A large fennel bulb
  • 6 stalks celery
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons fruity extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  • Cut the fennel bulbs, lengthwise and very thin. Then, cut the celery stalks into thin matchsticks. After that, scatter the celery and the fennel on a large plate or on a platter, drizzle with the fruity extra virgin olive oil as well as the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper, to taste. If you have celery leaves or fennel fronds, scatter them over the salad.
