Cool Summertime Cherry Oatmeal
Cool and refreshing oatmeal.
Servings 4 Servings
- 1 1/3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup coconut, almond or fat-free milk
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt or reduced-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup pitted fresh bing cherries, sliced in half
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut, garnish
In small bowl, combine the oats milk, yogurt and honey. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
Top each serving with cherries and toasted coconut.
