Ingredients
4tablespoonsolive oil
3clovesgarlic, minced
1headcabbage, shredded
1/4teaspooneach salt and pepper
4okra pods, sliced into 1 1/2 inch pieces
1pintcherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/4teaspoonred pepper flakes
1tablespoonhot sauce
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add minced garlic, saute 3 minutes, add shredded cabbage, (pan will be full but cabbage will cook down), saute' for 10 minutes, add okra, season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes, saute' for 10 minutes longer, add tomatoes and hot sauce. Saute' for 10 more minutes
