Holiday Eggnog Waffles

- 2 cups buttermilk complete pancake and waffle mix
- 1 1/2 cups eggnog
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 16 oz can whole-berry cranberry sauce
Place pancake/waffle mix into a large bowl.
Add eggnog, vanilla extract and oil. Whisk together just until moistened.
Set aside for 10 minutes.
Empty can of whole-berry sauce into a small glass bowl, microwave for 60 to 90 seconds to warm.
Stir waffle mixture. Pour desired amount of batter into lightly greased waffle iron.
Bake until steaming stops and light turns green. Remove waffles from waffle irons.
