- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon milk or cream
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped mini oreo cookies
- 4 mini oreo cookies crushed, garnish
- 2 15 oz packages mini fillo shells, (15 shells per package)
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and creamy.
Beat in mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk or cream.
Fold in chopped mini oreo cookies.
Fill mini shells with 1 rounded teaspoon of oreo cheesecake mixture.
Chill shells for 1 hour. Sprinkle with crushed oreo cookies.
Serve.
