Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon milk or cream
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped mini oreo cookies
  • 4 mini oreo cookies crushed, garnish
  • 2 15 oz packages mini fillo shells, (15 shells per package)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and creamy.
  • Beat in mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk or cream.
  • Fold in chopped mini oreo cookies.
  • Fill mini shells with 1 rounded teaspoon of oreo cheesecake mixture.
  • Chill shells for 1 hour. Sprinkle with crushed oreo cookies.
  • Serve.
