Mixed Green Salad with Pears, Feta and Peanuts with Poppy Seed Dressing

- 1 10 oz bag mixed garden salad mix
- 1 10 oz bag baby spinach
- 1 or 2 thinly sliced pears
- 1/2 cup honey-roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- poppy seed dressing or dressing of your choice
In a large bowl combine mixed greens and baby spinach.
Divide salad mix between serving/salad plates.
Top each plate of greens with pears, feta cheese, peanuts and red onion.
Serve with poppy seed or dressing of your choice
