Ingredients
1 1/2cupssugar
2/3cupevaporated milk
2tablespoonsbutter
1/8teaspoonsalt
2 1/2cupsmini marshmallows
2cupsmilk chocolate chips
1cupregular peanut butter
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2cupchopped peanuts, optional
Instructions
Line 8-inch square baking pan with foil.
Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in a medium heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, peanut butter and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted. Pour into prepared pan.
Cool for 1 minute, top with chopped peanuts if using, pressing in slightly.
Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into 48 pieces.
