Wasabi Stuffed Shrimp
Easy, Delicious and Impressive
- 2 pounds cooked large/jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 to 4 tablespoons prepared wasabi (from a tube)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
In a small bowl, place cream cheese, wasabi paste and salt.
Using an electric mixer, beat until well blended and creamy.
Cut a slit in the back of each shrimp. cutting almost all the way through.
Use a small spoon or pastry bag, stuff each shrimp with some of the wasabi cream cheese.
Refrigerate, covered, until serving time
