- 4 large fresh, ripe tomatoes
- 1 small sweet onion
- 4 to 6 fresh radishes
- 1/3 cup blue cheese salad dressing
- 6 basil leaves, torn, optional
- salt and pepper to taste
Chop tomatoes into bite-size pieces. Remove seeds, optional. Place tomatoes in large bowl.
Thinly slice radishes and onion, add to tomatoes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours.
Before serving drizzle with salad dressing and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
