Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 6 radishes diced
  • 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  • Place garlic in the container in a food processor or mini chopper, pulse until finely minced. Place minced garlic in a small bowl. Add diced radishes. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until creamy. Beat in sour cream.
  • Add garlic and radishes. Mix until well blended. Chill until serving time.
