  • 9 inch deep dish pie shell
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
  • 1 cup chopped cooked ham
  • 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms drained
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  1. Brush pie shell with a little of the beaten eggs; prick bottom and sides of crust with fork. Bake in a preheated 450º oven for 5 minutes; remove and set aside.
  2. Reduce oven heat to 375º mix remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell.
  3. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
  4. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
