Servings 6 servings
- 1 bag baby carrots
- 2 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 to 4 tablespoons garlic and onion seasoning blend
Rinse carrots, pat dry. Heat oven to 425°
Place carrots on a foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoning blend.
Bake for 20 to 35 minutes or until carrots are roasted and tender.
Remove from oven and Enjoy.
