  • 2 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons garlic and onion seasoning blend
  1. Rinse carrots, pat dry. Heat oven to 425°

  2. Place carrots on a foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoning blend.
  3. Bake for 20 to 35 minutes or until carrots are roasted and tender.
  4. Remove from oven and Enjoy.
