2cupseggnog(any store-bought brand)
1 1/2cupssteel cut oats
1/2cupdried cherries, coarsely chopped
1/2teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
Coat inside of 3 1/2 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Stir; cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until oats are cooked and tender. Serve with additional eggnog and a sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice.
