- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups dried Cherryland's Best Cherry Berry mix
- 1 12 oz package white chocolate chips
- 1 cups macadamia nuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350º Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In medium bowl mix together; flour, oatmeal, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside
In large bowl beat together butter, brown sugar and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla extract, mix well.
Add flour mixture to butter mixture, mix until blended.
Add berry mix, white chocolate chips and nuts, mix well.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto parchment lined baking sheets.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
