Ingredients
226 oz bagsfrozen meatballs (Farm Rich)
2tablespoonssoy sauce
120 ozcan pineapple slices with juice, cut in quarters
1 10 ozjar La Choy Sweet and Sour Sauce
1cupketchup
1cupapple cider vinegar
1cupbrown sugar, packed
1/2cuporange marmalade
1orange, juiced
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/8teaspooncayenne pepper, or to taste
finely chopped chives, garnish
Instructions
Place frozen meatballs in a bottom of slow cooker. In large bowl mix together soy sauce, pineapple, sweet and sour sauce, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, orange marmalade, orange juice, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper to taste.
Pour sauce over meatballs. Turn slow cooker to high. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours. Serve with toothpicks or pretzel sticks.
