Ingredients
1 1/2cupsgranulated sugar
2/3cupevaporated milk
2tablespoonsbutter
1/8teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
1 8 ozpackage white chocolate, pumpkin pie flavored m & m candies
2 1/2cupsminiature marshmallows
1 12 ozpackage semi-sweet chocolate chips
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
Instructions
Line 8-inch-square baking pan with foil. Lightly butter.
In a small food chopper, coarsely grind 1 cup pumpkin pie flavored m & m's, set aside. Coarsely chop remaining pumpkin pie flavored m & m's, set aside 2 tablespoons chopped candies for top of fudge.
Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, salt and ground cinnamon in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in coarsely ground pumpkin pie flavored m & m candies, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted. Stir in remaining coarsely chopped m & m's. Pour into prepared baking pan; sprinkle reserved chopped m & m's on top of fudge, lightly press into top. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into 48 pieces
