Whisk together apple jelly, honey, mustard, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
Clean chicken and pat dry with paper towels
Line a baking sheet with foil
Lay chicken on prepared baking sheet, skin side up. Lightly season with pepper.
Bake for 15 mins.
Brush chicken thighs with apple glaze. Continue baking for 15 mins. Brush chicken thighs again with glaze and continue to brush thighs with glaze every 15 mins until done. Total time; 1 hr. and 30 mins.
