There are many variations of this salad but this is our favorite.

Ingredients
116 oz packagecoleslaw mix
116 oz packagebroccoli slaw mix
18 oz packagebaby spinach
6green onions, sliced on the diagonal
23 oz packagesoriental flavored Ramen noodles
3/4cupslivered almonds, toasted
1/2cupsunflower nuts
2tablespoons black sesame seeds, toasted
1/2cupcashew halves
1/2cupcilantro, chopped
Dressing:
2seasoning packetsfrom Ramen noodles
1/2cupsalad oil
1/3cuprice wine vinegar
1tablespoon sugar
1 to 2cupsgarlic ginger wonton strips.
Instructions
Combine coleslaw mix, broccoli slaw mix, baby spinach, green onions, ramen noodles broken up, (set aside seasoning packets for dressing) almonds, sunflower nuts, black sesame seeds, cashew halves and cilantro in a large salad bowl.
Chill, covered until serving time or up to 1 hour.
Before serving, shake salad dressing ingredients in an empty glass jar with a screw top.
Pour over salad, toss to coat.
Sprinkle top of salad with wonton strips. Serve.
Notes
*If you like more dressing on your salad simply double salad dressing ingredients.
