Ingredients
  • 1 rabbit, cut into serving pieces
  • one large ziplock baggie
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to baggie. Set baggie in a deep bowl to catch any drips.

  2. Marinate rabbit overnight or 12 hours in the refrigerator.
