- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 3/4 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 cup diced apple, optional
Spray or butter a 6 quart crock pot.
Combine milks, oats, cherries, brown sugar, ground cinnamon and salt.
Add butter, stir. Add diced apple if using.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
