Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cups biscuit/baking mix
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix and cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, beat eggs and milk.
  3. Stir into Bisquick/cheese mixture, just until moistened.
  4. Pour into four greased and floured 5-3/4 x 3 x 2 in. loaf pans.
  5. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pans.
  7. Slice and serve warm with flavored butters.
