- 3 1/2 cups biscuit/baking mix
- 2 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix and cheese.
In a small bowl, beat eggs and milk.
Stir into Bisquick/cheese mixture, just until moistened.
Pour into four greased and floured 5-3/4 x 3 x 2 in. loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pans.
Slice and serve warm with flavored butters.
