Onion and Chive Dip
Super Delicious as a dip but delicious even on a baked potato.

- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dried onion
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- dash of salt and pepper
- dash of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives diced
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Beat with an electric mixer until fluffy and well blended.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Garnish with fresh chopped chives.
Serve with pretzel crackers.
