Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup vanilla with almond bits, Simply Sesame Spread
  • 1 ripe banana, cut into thirds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Blend milk, espresso powder, peanut butter, sesame spread, banana, honey, if using and ice in a blender until creamy.
  • Serve and enjoy.
