- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/3 cup vanilla with almond bits, Simply Sesame Spread
- 1 ripe banana, cut into thirds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup ice
Blend milk, espresso powder, peanut butter, sesame spread, banana, honey, if using and ice in a blender until creamy.
Serve and enjoy.
