Matcha Overnight Oats

A new and different way to eat oatmeal!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • shredded coconut, optional

Instructions

  • Add oats, milk, matcha powder and chia seeds together in a small mason jars.
  • Shake well.
  • Add vanilla extract, honey and cinnamon.
  • Stir until well mixed.
  • Cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Serve the next morning with shredded coconut.
