Matcha Overnight Oats

- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- shredded coconut, optional
Add oats, milk, matcha powder and chia seeds together in a small mason jars.
Shake well.
Add vanilla extract, honey and cinnamon.
Stir until well mixed.
Cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Serve the next morning with shredded coconut.
