Ingredients
  • 2 slices barley rye bread, toasted
  • 4 tablespoons reduced-fat spreadable garden vegetable cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced English cucumber
  • 6 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts or to taste
  • coarsely ground pepper
Directions
  1. Spread toast with cream cheese. Top with cucumber slices, sprouts and coarsely ground pepper.
