In a small bowl with an electric mixer on high, beat cream cheese, yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and vanilla extract until creamy. Stir in lime rind.
Cover and refrigerate one hour. Dip will keep for 2 days refrigerated.
Thread whole strawberries, pineapple chunks and sliced kiwi on skewers.
Drizzle with key lime juice.
