Key Lime Fruit Dip with Fruit Kabobs

A delicious, light and key lime infused fruit dip served with fruit kabobs.

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons, key lime yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons key lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated key lime rind
  • strawberries, washed and hulled
  • kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • pineapple chunks, canned and drained
  • 2 tablespoons key lime juice
  1. In a small bowl with an electric mixer on high, beat cream cheese, yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and vanilla extract until creamy. Stir in lime rind.

  2. Cover and refrigerate one hour. Dip will keep for 2 days refrigerated.

  3. Thread whole strawberries, pineapple chunks and sliced kiwi on skewers.
  4. Drizzle with key lime juice.
  5. Serve Key Lime Fruit Dip with Fruit Kabobs and Graham crackers
