Ingredients
3/4cupbutter, softened
3/4cupcreamy peanut butter
3/4cupsugar
3/4cuppacked brown sugar
2largeeggs
2teaspoonswater
1-1/2teaspoonsvanilla extract
1-1/2cupsall-purpose flour
1-1/2cupsquick-cooking oats
3/4teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonsalt
GLAZE:
1-1/4cupsmilk chocolate chips
1/2cupbutterscotch chips
1/2cupcreamy peanut butter
Instructions
In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes. Beat in the eggs, water and vanilla. Combine the flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Spread into a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Bake at 325° for 18-22 minutes or until lightly browned.
For glaze; in the microwave or in a double-boiler, melt chips and peanut butter; stir until smooth. Pour over warm bars; spread evenly. Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.
