Vidalia Onion Relish Crostini

A fast and easy appetizer

Servings: 6 servings
  • 1 loaf baguette
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (6 oz) tub whipped cream cheese, original
  • 1 cup Vidalia onion relish
  1. Slice baguette into 1/2-inch to 1-inch slices. Brush each slice with oil. Place slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven under the broiler until slices are lightly browned and toasted. Remove from oven, cool a few minutes.

  2. Spread cream cheese on each slice and top each slice with onion relish. Serve immediately.
