A fast and easy appetizer
Slice baguette into 1/2-inch to 1-inch slices. Brush each slice with oil. Place slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven under the broiler until slices are lightly browned and toasted. Remove from oven, cool a few minutes.
Spread cream cheese on each slice and top each slice with onion relish. Serve immediately.
