A fantastic spicy dip and a great way to use up left-over holiday turkey.

Ingredients
1mediumgreen pepper, chopped
1mediumonion, chopped
2clovesgarlic, minced
1tablespoonoil
1teaspoonchili powder
1/4teaspoon, eachsalt and pepper
1/2teaspoonground cumin
4ouncesMcCormick taco chipotle and garlic skillet sauce or
4ouncessalsa of your choice
18 oz. packagecream cheese, room temperature
1/4cupmayonnaise or sour cream
110 3/4 oz cancondensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
110 oz candiced tomatoes and green chilies
14 oz can diced green chilies, drained
4cupsshredded cooked turkey or chicken
2cupsshredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
3green onions, thinly sliced
corn chips or tortilla chips
Instructions
In a large skillet, saute' green pepper, onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add the chili powder, salt, pepper, and cumin; cook 1 minute longer. Add the chipotle and garlic skillet sauce or salsa and heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and mayo or sour cream until smooth. Add the soup, tomatoes and diced green chilies. Stir in the turkey, 1 cup cheese blend and green pepper mixture.
Transfer to a greased 11 x 7 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle top with green onions and remaining cheese blend.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve with corn chips or tortilla dippers.
