Mini Heart-Shaped Meatloaves

Serve these cute, heart-shaped mini meatloaves on Valentine's Day.

Course: Dinner, Holiday, Valentine's Day
Servings: 2 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 slices soft bread, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 10-15 saltine crackers, crushed
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350º
  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  3. Form meat mixture into two heart-shaped meatloaves.

  4. Transfer to a 3 quart baking dish.
  5. Cover meatloaf with foil.
  6. Bake 1 hour, remove foil, continue baking for an additional 30 to 45 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
