Ingredients
16ounces uncooked extra wide egg noodles
2 celery ribs, diced
1smallonion, diced
1tablespoonvegetable oil
2cupsfully cooked turkey ham or ham, chopped
1can (10 3/4 oz)cream of mushrooms soup
6ozfrozen peas, thawed
2cupsshredded Swiss cheese
3/4cuphalf and half
1teaspoon Dijon mustard
2cupscrushed potato chips
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute celery and onion in oil until tender. Add cubed turkey ham and saute for 5-8 minutes. Stir in noodles and remaining ingredients.
Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
