Spinach and Artichoke Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (garbanzo beans) rinsed
  • 1 can (13.75 oz) artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Process all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
