Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Swiss chard
  • 2 cups Pineapple
  • 4 oz Chopped pear
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 3 Mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Hemp seed
  • 1 cup Coconut water
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender for 2-3 minutes.
