Ingredients

  • 2 Persian Cucumber
  • 6 Mint Sprigs
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 1/2 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon Hemp or Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Collect all the ingredients and place them in a blender.
  • Add water and ice cubes, blend.
