Blueberry Mint Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Banana
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 8-10 Mint Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 2-4 Ice Cubes
  • Honey to taste

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients (except raspberries and banana) into a blender and blend them for 1 minute.
  • When it reaches desired consistency, garnish with raspberries and bananas. Drizzle with honey.
  • Serve it chilled.
