Winter Fruit Salad

A delicious fruit salad that uses fruit that is generally available during the winter months

Course: Salad
Servings: 4 servings
  • 1 15 ounce mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 pears, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup  grapes, sliced in half
  • bananas. peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/2 cup poppy seed dressing
  1. In a large bowl, toss together all of the fruit. Squeeze lime juice over fruit. Pour the dressing over the top and gently toss to coat. For best results, serve immediately.
