Shrimp Noodle Supreme is a creamy and delicious combination of; spinach fettuccine, cream cheese, shrimp, sour cream, half & half and one can of cream of shrimp soup, just to name a few ingredients, sounds good doesn’t it. Serve Shrimp Noodle Supreme with a crisp white wine and a small side salad. A small serving of lemon sherbet is all that is needed for dessert. Shrimp Noodle Supreme

A delicious casserole made with shrimp, cheddar cheese, and cream of shrimp soup.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz package spinach flavored fettuccine, cooked and drained
  • 1 3 oz package cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can ( 10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons diced green chilies (from a 4 oz can), (
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Combine cooked noodles and cream cheese in medium bowl.
  • Spread noodle mixture in bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
  • Cook shrimp in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until pink and tender, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Spread shrimp over noodles.
  • Combine soup, sour cream, half-and-half, mayonnaise, diced green chilies, chives, chopped parsley and mustard in another medium bowl.
  • Spread over shrimp. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Cover top with foil.
  • Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, bake 30 minutes more or until hot, bubbly and cheese is melted.
