Creamy Pork Roast in Crock Pot
Creamy Pork Roast in Crock Pot
This recipe has few ingredients but is BIG on flavor. It’s made using Progresso Recipe Starters, Creamy Roasted Garlic Cooking Sauce. A super delicious sauce that I purchased at the Dollar Tree for you guessed it, $1.00. In fact, I picked up several cans, because hey, for a dollar why not. My biggest mistake here was not clearing the shelf. This sauce is super tasty and we loved it.
Serve With
If you’re looking for an easy and delicious dinner option, this recipe is for you. Serve creamy pork roast with mashed potatoes, the perfect vehicle for the delicious sauce that will accumulate in the bottom of the crock pot. Tender slices of pork roast, mashed potatoes with sauce and steamed carrots or cauliflower is a satisfying dinner. For dessert, serve a simple fruit cup.

Boneless Pork Loin Roast
Many people make the mistake of using boneless pork loin roast interchangeably with pork tenderloin. Pork loin and pork tenderloin are indeed different. They’re not cut from the same part of the animal and look differently. Pork tenderloin is a thin and small cut of pork while a pork loin is wide enough that you could cut steak-like pieces from it. The main difference though, is the way you cook them. Pork tenderloin is best cooked quickly over medium-high heat and pork loin is best slow roasted or grilled.

Stuffed Chicken Rolls in Slow Cooker is a delicious recipe and one I’ve been making for years. Slices of ham and Swiss cheese top tenderized chicken breasts. The stuffed chicken breasts are browned and placed into the bottom of a slow cooker. A simple sauce is made of cream of chicken soup and white wine. Hours later, you’ll be sitting down to a delicious meal. Serve stuffed chicken rolls with buttered noodles and a steamed vegetable.

Hi, Lynn. This creamy, garlicky gravy is the kind of thing that I can't get enough of. I'll admit to not being much of a crockpot kinda gal (I actually have a post scheduled about that tomorrow). But gravy like this could easily convert me! Did I mention that I love gravy?
Thank you for linking each week–always happy to have you stop in!
