Pepperoni Pizza Bread
Ahh, Pepperoni Bread. Yummy, Cheesy and Delicious. Looking for a fast, easy and very affordable lunch or dinner option? Then you’ll want to give this delicious pepperoni pizza bread a try. Made with a loaf of frozen (thawed) bread dough, shredded mozzarella cheese, canned pizza sauce and packaged sliced pepperoni, it can’t get any easier than that. If you aren’t a fan of the packaged pepperoni, head to your local grocery store, go to the deli counter and order roughly a 1/4 pound of thinly sliced “deli” style pepperoni.
Gotta Be Good!
With a line up like that, it’s gotta be good! Not only is this bread great for lunch or dinner, it makes a fantastic appetizer for any party. Another plus, pepperoni pizza bread makes great left-overs. If you are lucky enough to have left-overs. Simply wrap the left-overs in aluminum foil and reheat in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. My hubby actually prefers his pepperoni pizza bread this way.
Frozen Bread Dough
I always have frozen bread dough in my freezer. Not necessarily to make a loaf of bread with but to make everything from cinnamon rolls to recipes like this one for pepperoni bread. There are SO many delicious things you can make with frozen bread dough. When frozen bread dough goes on sale, pick up a few packages. I usually buy one package of white and one of wheat. In my area, frozen bread dough on sale sells for $3.99. That’s for a package of 4 frozen loaves. Not bad considering one loaf of my favorite bread sells for $3.99.
